India has around 6,00,000 villages. Each with it's own beauty , talent and voice. Our journey lies in documenting the craft and vision of each of these places through a shirt. In the past year we have worked with artists of 4 villages in India. Our first drop of shirts tell a story guided by imagination, dreams, humor and protest.

Retro snake game x Soof embroidery
Celebrating the "year of the snake” We took inspiration from the retro snake game in the style of 8 bit art. Modern day emoticons and digital art are infact originally inspired or learnt from embroidery techniques such as these that followed a process of counting yarns on fabric, and building a motif using small embroidered squares and triangles.
Embroider your house chores!
We collaborated with Bandana Lohar, kantha artisan from Bengal, by asking her to embroider all the house chores AI could do, so that she can work full time as an artist!
